Cost of Service

My rate is $180 per fifty-minute session for individual therapy and $200 for couples therapy. If this does not suit your financial capabilities, feel free to inquire about my sliding scale or obtain other resources. My sliding scale availability is prioritized for BIPOC, women, and LGBTQPIA+ individuals.

Insurance

I currently accept the following insurance plans and employee assistance programs (EAPs). I recommend that clients contact their insurance provider directly to verify mental health benefits, including coverage, copays, deductibles, and any session limits. This helps avoid unexpected costs and ensures clarity before beginning services.

  • Accepted Plans: AWP EAP, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Shield of California, Brighton, Carelon, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Decent, Evry Health, Kaiser Medicare Advantage (Southern California), Kaiser Permanente, Lucet, MHN, Optum, Optum EAP, Sidecar Health, Sutter EAP, and USC.

Types of Payment

All major credit cards and debit cards for payment are accepted, as well as Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

I adhere to the standard 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling notification in order to avoid a full payment for a missed session.
